We offer all your Ninja Training needs. We offer the following programs for you:
Obstacle Practice:
Becoming acquainted with and comfortable with various obstacles.
Obstacle Training:
Organized programming to improve your endurance, transitions, perfection,
and fluid thinking ability.
Body Conditioning:
We offer programmed classes to develop your body for overall strength, but with
Ninja Warrior in mind. We train stabilizer muscles, overall coordination and
strength.
Injury Prevention:
With all sport comes the risk of injury, there are a few repetitive use
injuries that are typical to ninja. We will train you to minimize these risks.
Fitness Workouts:
Weekly we offer class and "on demand fitness" for your goals. Workouts
change weekly and are focused on functional fitness. We have a LEGS, ARMS,
CORE, and TOTAL BODY workout designed for you every week.
