Ninja Warrior Training
We offer all your Ninja Training needs. We offer the following programs for you:
Becoming acquainted with and comfortable with various obstacles.
Organized programming to improve your endurance, transitions, perfection, and fluid thinking ability.
We offer programmed classes to develop your body for overall strength, but with Ninja Warrior in mind. We train stabilizer muscles, overall coordination and strength.
With all sport comes the risk of injury, there are a few repetitive use injuries that are typical to ninja. We will train you to minimize these risks.
Weekly we offer OWOD (Obstacle Workout of the Day) classes and "on demand fitness" for your goals. Workouts change weekly and are focused on functional fitness. We have a LEGS, ARMS, CORE, and TOTAL BODY workout designed for you every week.
Members and Non Members are welcome in Chaos at any time for training and open gym. Please look at our class schedule though, as classes may take priority over space and leave you battling our monkeys.
Day passes include any or all classes for that day.
There is always someone to help you out. Children must be supervised by parents if not attending classes.
